Webcam not working properly

I made this video with my webcam YouTube - How do i fix this problem with my webcam

was wondering if anyone knows how i can fix this problem.

I got all the latest drivers and everything for it.

what cam is it and it might be plugged in wrong and it might be dead, but what os are u on also?

Its a Logitech Quickcam STX ive tried in 3 diff usb ports and Windows Vista Ultimate
