my setup is in my rig.
Running windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.
gpu setup still the same. (never oc'd)
I'm having issues which im noticing are become sort of a pattern.
I play a lot of games and they've been having similar issues:
FC2 : rectangles of black sporatically pop up throughout the game in the quarters of my screen.
Red Faction Guerilla : random blooms? (white) makes it look like its "snowiing", but i know it's not supposed to be there.
NFS Shift : random little white boxes that spaz out , especially on the car on the main menu.

should I try to OC would that help?
I have the latest nvidia drivers and i have EVGA's sli booster program thing that HWC posted a few weeks ago.

Card is artifacting, make sure its not clogged with dust and overheating. If not you may have to RMA

No you will have to send the card with the retail HSF. The card you have isn't the card they return if they accept RMA. Some place are very hard with replaced HSF. I don't really know about PNY but some will decline any card witch one the screw were removed or the original thermal paste have been change. Maybe you should ask them in a Anonymous e-mail or phone call. You can also ask HWC if any one have already done this with them.

Ask for more.

Yeah it all depends on the company. I would just put it back together best you can and send it in.
