It's probably one of the most 'mixed' opinion AAA games of the last year. Even my brother got it, and he basically only plays shooters and GTAs. Found it pretty boring and loaded with fetch quests and gave up saying it felt like it would get better later but wasn't interesting enough to keep on at the start.I've played a couple hours of Hogwarts Legacy and I think that is enough. It just isn't a good game IMO. Everything is so tedious. Voice acting is bland. Game is also such a resource hog. Can't have a browser running in background. 16GB of vram isn't enough and it crashes often. The 1+ minute to build shaders every time you launch the game. I am using steam library sharing from my sister to play, if I bought it I'd have requested my first refund.
Maybe it's great if you're a die hard Potter fan, and more mixed for others. I'm tempted to give it a try but might wait till it's ~$20.
