What music subscription service are you using?

I use spotify. The only thing that I really really hate about it is that I cant turn off / disable the podcast promotion from my main landing screen.

Thats so weird. I have no issues with this feature between my desktop, shield(s) and iphone. It moves and resumes exactly where I left off, even if mid song.

I'm not having much luck transferring my playlists over. Taking forever and a good portion of the songs are "missing" (although I suspect a good portion of the "missing might be version/name related). I may have to subscribe to the free month of Amazon Music Unlimited to see if that makes much of a difference.
 
Seemed to work. I did pay $21 for the quarterly subscription, and I was able to do my playlists and albums, my wife's, and my daughter's. Was worth it to do all three.

Had it been only me, I might have forgone paying for the app, and just liked individual albums manually.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I think I must have missed the "we transferred 100 titles you need to pay for more" popup the first time around. I saw it the second time and subbed for the 1/4 as well (wish there was more info on whether or not the one time $18 purchase would have worked as I won't need any of the inter-service syncing once the transfer is done).

So far so good.... damn near all of the songs from my playlists have been found, and I'm only missing one (semi-obscure various artists) album.
 
I just need to figure out how to cancel my sub now, so my CC doesn't get charged again in three months.

If you figure out how to do that, let me know.

Apparently it's relatively easy to downgrade your premium account to a free one.....

OTOH, outright cancelling your account (to make a point) isn't easy.

I've got a family plan so I'm giving the other members the weekend to transfer their info over before I drop the premium / cancel.
