How is it?Calibrated measurement microphone
It comes calibrated and internet says its a good choice. Not cheap but a cheaper mic + usb interface wouldn't be much of a difference in price. How is it?
It to is on my radar!
What you gonna do with it?

First to do frequency corrections and time alignment in the car. I am the only person in the car 99.99% of the time so I'm going to tune it so it sounds good to the driver only lol.
And then down the road will be doing same thing w/ home theatre.
REW is what I plan to use. The frequency response curve corrections I can import directly in to the DSPs I'm using. And adjusting for time alignment should be pretty easy w/ the DSPs as well.Does it ship with any kind of audio tuning software or do you have to source your own?

That sure looks nice, I started looking at the other sizes... saw the price and closed the website (I'd want the x30). I'll go back to plan A and eventually build a concrete ring around the existing heavy duty steel ring i'm using and turn it into one.
Breeo X24 Stainless smokeless fire pit. I had debated making my own, but if I did it via the 'stone circle with steel insert and holes drilled' I'd be looking at about $850 in materials before I factor in my time (Stone circle fire pit, steel insert, sealant, hi-temp paint, coring/auger bit).
That would have only save me a few hundred over buying one, plus I'd need to build my own elevated cooking grill etc for it. Sure if I decide to go with a stone surround down the road that's more cost, but I'd need to landscape first as the yard is sloped.
Will post back if it works as well as advertised.
I thought I'd want the x30 and after reading a bunch of reddit posts apparently the X24 is the safer bet. Because of the size the X30 takes longer to get smokeless and it's harder to maintain enough heat to keep it that way while burning a heap of wood. That sure looks nice, I started looking at the other sizes... saw the price and closed the website (I'd want the x30).
