Even given the price, I'm extremely happy with it. Build quality is good and all the attachments except the spark screen are really high quality. The spark screen is good, but I don't love the clip attachment it mounts to as I'd prefer it connect to the outpost rod. It's a minor complaint though. The rest of the attachments are great. I've got the grill, heat deflector, sear disc and a couple of the side mounts to put a skillet or something on. Haven't gotten the griddle yet but I likely will. A nice perk with the outpost rod is it comes with a spike slip-on that you put the rod into so if you wanted to take it camping you can bring the rod and grill (or kettle hook/hangers) and it give you a nice easy adjustable grill over a campfire. After rebuilding a bunch of fenceline this past week rebuilding a firepit is less motivational. I measured the firepit thinking it was closer to 30in but is is actually only 24 so an x24 would be appropriate. Assuming you have gotten to use yours a few times now what have you thought of it.
A surprising perk is that it lights insanely easily, I assume due to to all the ventilation in the bottom of the pit. Put a a couple of newspaper sheets in the bottom throw some birch bark or kindling on top and light a couple corners and it's done. It's easier than any pit or campfire I've ever used.
I think the two times a year they do a sale is memorial day and veterans day or black friday so it might be worth waiting if you're in no rush.
