Anything wrong with the old one?
I wanted a couple more channels. Planning on doing a 5.2.4 (4 atmos height channels).

And this allows me expansion in the future. It will do 11 channels as long as you use an external amp for 2 channels, which I do.

It is also the cheapest AVR that supports Dirac Live. Which is the premium room correction software. But it's very expensive, $375 to $800. So not sure I'll go they route yet.

But no it works fine.

Jlab vertical mouse;

The mouse that was setup in my office at work was hot trash. Wanted to try one of these so I bought it on my own. Really liking it so far. More comfortable and a gentler learning curve than the Logitec one I tried some time ago. Probably get the company to pony up for one in the office at some point, brought my kinesis RGB keyboard in too, but I'll likely bring it home as I don't want to set a precedent of buying too much stuff for my office (already bought a sit/stand top and adding a keyboard and mouse too would feel stupid as I went salary)
Nearly a month later and I'm really liking this mouse. Think I'm going to get a second one for home and sell my steel series. It's so much more comfortable. They're on sale at Best buy for $40 now for anyone interested;

Artika Aiden ceiling fan from Costco. Replaced the old school one we had in our dining room that finally broke. (Can't turn the fan off anymore.)

I wasn't sure how the new style of fan was going to perform, but we're all pleasantly surprised. And the light can get as bright as the sun if needed. Plus my wife likes that it can be switched between white and warm light depending on time of day and mood.

Artika makes really solid light units that are so bright! They are great. Wife bought some of the flat rectangular ones for her shop where there was poor lighting. Now its so bright!

I like the design of that fan!
