a fancy steam cleaner thingy...to help my wife continue her fight against the bedbugs. this will allow her to steam the bedframe, floor & wall cracks and furniture.

edit - oh...I canceled the order from US Amazon for the Marbles 007 double bit saddle axe as it sat there for weeks with no movement. I decided to try again and will be more patient and hope it works this time. :P

~2010 ish lived in an apartment that had a bed bug infestation. Never even had them in our unit even then it drove me bonkers. Still woke up paranoid about it.

Years ago, one of my neighbours had bed bugs. She ended up having to get rid of most of her stuff, and the rest was put outside in the cold (winter) under traps to kill everything off. Was a huge pain in the ass. luckly I have never had to deal with that crap.

Good luck.

Bought this little gadget from Amazon - SGEYR Audio Switch 3.5mm Bi-Direction Switch

Well built, metal, small, and works great. I had a splitter between my headphones and speakers from my amp, but I often turn up the speakers louder from Windows, meaning I was feeding more volume to the headphones than I wanted to even when I wasn't using them. I likely wouldn't have blown them but you never know. Anyway, this does the trick. Both connected but just one push button to select headphone or speakers.

Picture of it in my set up.

Grabbed a 22TB external drive to shuck. By all accounts it's going to be a barracuda labelled drive with a class 1 laser warning and there don't appear to be any retail 22TB barracuda drives so I suspect it's some form of high capacity exos with a disabled platter.

That's a pretty good price. Think I better grab a few.

22TB is what I need since that's the size of my parity disk. Any bigger and I'd have to do a double swap (first the parity disk with the larger capacity one, then the replaced parity disk with the data drive I want to replace).

On the plus side, this 22TB should give me the overhead to allow me to transfer all data off of one of the remaining 10TB drives to make swapping those out easier when the time comes.
