iPhone 14 Pro for the better 1/2 last night. Updating from an 11. moved the SIM, plugged it in and followed the awesome Apple auto-migrate process that started immediately. It downloaded a 3+GB update from the iStore and once it finished the D/L it said it was installing and transferring data/apps/settings but... Nah, it just sat there hung. erased and will try again tonight.

I own no Apple products aside from an Apple TV sub lol. Wish I could talk her into an Android, but the daughter units have iPhones and iMessaging seems to be of utter importance.
iphones is all the apple I go for. Within the household I have probably done 8 or so device migrations, and they have always been seamless. Some bad luck there.

LG migrations were super simple. Tap the back of the phones together and set them down. No extra downloads to get the process started the software was in place already.

On my way home picked up a a Makita 701 router that was on sale... then i just finsihed ordering a large pacakge from v1 engineering. Going to need to clear out a sizeable corner of the basement for a low rider v3 CNC. The CNC bits and pieces were very much not on sale. Ended up ordering all the bit and pieces since I don't trust my knockoff printer to print structual parts for something that is on the seriously dangerous side.

My plan is to get it setup and actually make my own cabinets and other things

Did you get the XT8s? That's a pretty pricey pair of APs considering they're not 6e, but I suppose if they resolve the issues you were having they'll be worth it.
