Hi there, NCIX is having theres sales right now and i stumbled across this:

What do you guys think of this ram, i mean 2x1GIG sticks for $125, I think im going to order this up to replace my generic 2x512 sticks of ram lol. But i wnated your guys input on it cause your all just that good :thumb:

Wow.... the timings even seem decent. Not overly fast mem but 2 gigs for $125 and not generic. Imo its a good deal:thumb: but I'm not really up on the facts and specs of ddr2. There are alot more members here who could give you a more informed answer but wow I sure wish ddr1 was that cheap.:thumb:

ya lol, I Just gave in and placed my order for them. :biggrin: Every review i've seen for them is positive which makes me happy, and ncix game me the express rma feature for $3 on them so if they do break they will send a replacment on air mail lol. Makes me sad knowing that its friday and unless purolators air delivery runs on weekend im not going to get untill tue or wed :sad:

And besides, my old ram was just some generic pc4200 ddr2 ram so this has to be better than it, if not somethings wrong lol.

Yeah, that's a great deal for DDR2 memory. If I wasn't so caught up on needing minimum of ddr2 800 I'd consider jumping right in.

What are you going to use it on? I thought you had a S939 rig (ddr1 only).

Nice to see prices coming down, man I paid over 360 for my 2 g kit thats now $290 But thats ridiculously cheap.

well, i got the ram installed yesterday and wow what an improvment in my games and windows vista in general lol. Startup times for vista went from 3-4 min to 1 min :biggrin: I don't think i could of spent this $125 on comp parts any better :bleh:
