where do i plug this into

Ive got a

B650 AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.0/1.1)​

And a Thermalright Frozen Edg 360 aio.

where on the mobo do i plug the light into the mobo so it lights up the block of the cooler?

Look at 5:50 it shows the 4 pin PWM fan . This header should be labelled CPU .

the 3/4 pin fan header goes into the CPU fan header to power the pump, the RGB you will need to check the specs for the AIO and find out if it's 12 volts or 5 volts and then check your motherboard manual for the RGB header most boards come with 5v and 12v RGB headers. whatever ya do don't plug 5 volt rgb in a 12 volt header it can/will kill the RGB LED. hope this helps

from your question, I am pretty sure your asking about the RGB headers.

edit the AIO you have listed only has ARGB which is 5 volts so look at your board manual and find the ARGB/5 volt header. your board has both 12 and 5-volt headers the 12-volt ones have 4 pins and are marked CPU led/led_c1/led_c2 those are not the ones you want, the ones you want are 3-pin and marked D_led1/D_led2 Those are the 5-volt header from your motherboard manually.
