If there's one thing where window cases have helped it's motherboard appearances. They may shatter, but glass side panels being mainstream meant no more radioactive or baby barf PCBs as the norm.

There was one at Fragapalooza... he took UV market and drew on every single trace. Hit with UV tube lights of the era and it had a defineite radioactive glow but in a very interesting way since visually basically every trace popped. Always liked the effect... no way I'd ever have the patience to execute it.

So you haven't seen the ASRock LiveMixer boards then? Call me crazy, but I kind of like them.

They're not my jam, but even the 'street graffiti' styling is an improvent over a 'Dell aged highlighter green with smoker's beige slots' coloring haha.

I think SOYO did it too? Pretty sure mine was more of a dark purple though.

I built a 'purple one', for my wife. She thought it was pretty. I think it was a Soyo too -- a Soyo Dragon maybe? (My first Lexan & lights mod.)
