Why is everyone selling the Pascal GPUs?

I can wait or go with a 1070. In the real world I would be more likely to get new tires or a second set of rims for my Mustang.

I don't think winter tires are mandatory in AB, only the frenchies in Qc mandate this stupid issue.

I have winter tires. It is just that they have a couple seasons on them and I only have one set of rims... and my summers(on the car when I got it) have a lower speed rating than the winter tires I bought......
