After some research on net inclining towards Fx-8320 and the Budget is $1200 including monitor and other peripherals..

Did you check actual performance reviews? Keep in mind that AMD's "8 Cores" is not really 8 cores and in most cases does not perform any better than a 4 core intel if not worse.

Any recommendation for the Motherboard to Overclock 8320? Struggled to understand the Power Phase in Motherboard which is crucial for Overclocking? Overclocking with Cooler Master 212

And for the Graphics card what are the good options for this tight budget? Need to go with NVidia because Blender supports only CUDA and rest of the applications can be runned by both OpenCL 'n' CUDA.

I personally like the new MSI 970 GAMING. Well priced ($110 USD), feature-rich and from all reports pretty good at overclocking.

As for the GPU, right now the best bang for your buck would probably be a GTX 760.

The prime influences behind are

1. http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/foru...-fx-8350-cpu-review-amds-vishera-arrives.html

2. Building a System to run Adobe Premiere on an AMD FX-6300 Processor by David Knarr

3. Tek Syndicate Editor Pistol was using 8350 before upgrading to 9590.

4. Tight Budget

For Overclocking need to look among the 990 chipsets. Thanks for narrowing down the GPU option.

Why do you need a 990FX for overclocking? You will be limited by your cooling solution far before a 970 board will meet its max frequencies.

Various Forums suggest that a 990 FX motherboard with either Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212(Air) or Corsair H100i(Liquid) is the way to go for Overclocking...

I really don't think you will see all that much of a difference. The BIOS on the 970 Gaming is a literal clone of the one on MSI's 990GX GD80....

That and over clocking the amd CPU would just bring it tho the levels of a comparable intel whilst putting out way more heat and using way mire power IMO
