Worth upgrading? or wait it out?

hi guys i was thinking if i should upgrade to a LGA1155 or just stick with my current computer (LGA1156). I mainly use it for gaming and internet browsing.
My current specs are:

Asus Maximus III Formula
i5-750
Corsair H50
4g G.Skills Kit
Galaxy 9800GTX+
Xigmatek 850W psu
500g W.D caviar Black

You won't see any gaming performance gains upgrading the platform. The only thing I would upgrade is the GPU.

Agreed. Upgrade GPU and toss in a SSD boot drive.

All you need is a GPU upgrade, i5-750 is a very good chip

Getting a new processor and a motherboard just for a few percent performance advantage is unnecessary. Unless changing from a LGA1156 to LGA1155 will bring 2x more performance it is better that you just stick to using your Core i5 750 till the following generation that is coming somewhere in 2013.

What I think is worth your money is that you add 4GB more RAM, get a 60GB SSD as a boot drive or upgrade your GC to a GTX560 Ti or HD6950 1GB. You could also OC your Core i5 750 a little bit more to squeeze a little bit more performance out of it since you're running it with a Corsair H50.

Haha thanks dma0991, im planning on overclocking the i5-750 but i dont know how too atm, so i'm gna research on how too

clock per clock sandy bridge will make a difference, but shelling that kinda money may not be quite purfect,as per above.

just get one 6950 2gb card and use your 9800 for physx,where needed.
