I see them on FB Marketplace for $200-$250, although I think those prices are high. I think a fair price would be $150 + shipping. Am I way off base, here?

Well, I suppose it depends on the area you live in, i.e. around here(GVRD, i.e. Vancouver area), I see GTX 1080s are typically priced $125 - $150. There are, of course, a few folks with higher prices on theirs, but given that 1080s, and RX5700s seem to go for $150 or less, those people will probably be dropping their prices, or keeping them.
