XPG rgb ram sync ssues

So I installed the

XPG SPECTRIX D50 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model AX4U320038G16A-DW50​

Its running on a Gigabyte B450 Aorus M. RGB fusion is updated and the ram is running on the xmp profile.

When we try to sync it up it will not stay in sync with the rest of her system. If we leave it on a static colour it seems ok.

Any ideas what we can do?

Just to confirm, it is only an rgb issue you are having?

Yes rgb colour sync issue.

What software are you using for your RGB? I've got XPG on a gigabyte board but I've got a single colour set and I'm still controlling it with GSkill software left over from a previous set of memory.....

edit: I just confirmed on my system.... I'm controlling the board's RGB via bios and the memory's via software. There don't appear to be any options to add the memory to the bios settings. (Same as my corsair settings via the commander pro + lighting node... there are no options to adopt the memory RGB settings).
