That model apparently has reports of an odd 'green tint' from certain viewing angles. But it appears to be very intermittent and dependant on the run of the TV.

That said, I bought my 65" C8 OLED from Costco about 4 years ago and I couldn't be happier with it. It certainly took some fiddling with the image configuration to find settings I was happy with, but it's a stunning TV. And with the Costco extended warranty (an unbeatable value) we've had the one repair needed done with zero issue. And it's Costco... if you don't like it right away, return it for zero hassle.

Is the price any better than the Samsung S90D? Both show at $2299 on Costco (but I don't have an account).

I don't think much changed for the 2024 year models, and from my research last year, I ended up with the Samsung S90C over the comparable LG C3. Samsung's QD-OLED has better colour volume and typically a bit brighter.

I would probably go with Samsung unless you need Dolby Vision for some reason.

I'm more worried about the bloom affect to be honest. I watch with captions on all the time and it drives me crazy during the dark scenes. The Sammy is $1,798.00 with membership.
