Hi my set-up so far I have
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor (6C/12T, 35MB Cache, 4.2 GHz Max Boost)
ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II
Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Edition Heatsink & Fan Black & White Intel & AMD Sockets
PowerColor AMD RX 580 8GB DDR5 RED DEVIL Graphics Card Gaming Version (AXRX580 8GBD5-3DH/OC)
Kingston KHX3600C18D4/16GX 4 Sticks 64gb total
Crucial P3 Plus 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe Internal SSD - Up to 5000MB/s - CT1000P3PSSD801 (Acronis Edition) os drive
Corsair CX550F RGB
Fractal Pop Air RGB Orange Core Mid Tower

I was thinking of replacing PowerColor AMD RX 580 8GB DDR5 RED DEVIL Graphics Card Gaming Version (AXRX580 8GBD5-3DH/OC) with

Zotac 1080ti Min and the price he wants 130 ponds. I want to know if this good price or what price should I haggle for.

Realistically the 1080ti is a huge jump in performance over the RX580 but even as someone who held onto a 1080ti Founders Edition from launch (pre-ordered even) all the way to shortly after 7900XTX release. The card is nearing the end of it meaningful life and it is starting to struggle with certain things from newer titles (Especially @4k). Now if you only want 1440p or 1080p you will probably still see it as a noticable upgrade. However I feel like unless your budget is extremely tight you would be better off finding a used variant of something a little newer with better handling of newer commands and effects if you can swing it etc.

No. Don't get the 1080TI for gaming, it's not worth it today. Save money to get a used 3070 at least since 8GB video memory don't really cut it anymore.

Poorly written sentence. What I meant is that don't get anything below 3070 because while 3060 has 12GB it's still not that great. 3060TI only has 8GB which is what I have. Just realized 3070 also have 8GB of VRAM so suggest you double check benchmarks to see which used card you should target. While the 1080TI can currently match a newer card, it doesn't have any legs left so it may last another 2 years as you turn down the details. For sure I wouldn't pay 130 GBP for a card this old, may be 100 GBP or lower. Also check your power supply, not sure if 550W is enough.
