Soundcore SpaceOne Pro - on sale for 41% off:

My Plantronics Backbeat Pro 2's appear to finally be dying after 10 years of regular use. I'm hoping these headphones (yet to arrive) perform as advertised. My Plantronics have been absolutely amazing, with clear, crisp sound and punchy bass. Perfect for workouts and general use around the house when I need to shut out the world.

Picked up a small handheld steamer from PA. For the price surprisingly effective. Went through about 10 tanks worth of water with it over the weekend cleaning a mess someone left for me.

Thankfully I was able to cancel this, I found a place in AB called RGO that can bring it in. They don't have the flat brass frame, but for about 1/2 the price I'll go with the merle frame with the black mesh.

Has anyone dealt with RGO? The admin assistant has been very responsive and helpful.

When I use their config tool it gives me absolutely outrageous prices lol Then she give me their price. :)

Edit: I didn't look hard enough, they actually do have the flat brass. But now I'm feeling cheap, it adds almost 200 to the price

I'll definitely be leaving appropriate google reviews for this company....

Piss poor communication and customer service. It'll be over 10 weeks from the day I ordered it before the new expected date of delivery. I bolded 'expected' cause I doubt it'll show up.

2.5GB switch w/ 2X 10GB SFP as well as a 4 pack of SFP transceivers. Strong possibility I'm going to grab a Cloud Gateway Fiber sometime in the near future so this will prep the rest of my setup for connecting my Rogers' ONT to 10GB in order to see if there's any over provisioning on my 2.5GB plan. :)

I bought the bissel one a few years ago and it seemed to be decent, but then had a safety recall because there was concerns about steam burns. You get a partial refund or or store credit and cut the cord as proof.

I thought a partial refund was a bit of a rip-off for something I had bought 3 months earlier and used once so I cut the cord a little closer to the unit than they asked, sent the picture, got the credit, bought a carpet cleaner with it and then rewired it to for the shortened cord. Digging into the burns people weren't securing the top nut properly (it is a weird design), but it wasn't inherently unsafe. Probably the closest I'll ever get to 'sticking it' to a corporation.

RFDs sucked me in for a couple hot deals.

1. Just ordered an apple watch SE2 for my daughter from walmart for $150 (one size/colour option only at that price)
2. 2 pairs of Saucony Ride sneakers from costco. Clearance for $87 a pair, then reduced by a $30 off $100 spend deal. If anyone is interested, the Saucony Kinvara and Triumph are also on clearance for $65/$95 respectively.

Had to return the SFP transceivers. Thought I was getting a great deal on 4X, but didn't realize they were fiber connects as opposed to ethernet. :(

Ended up ordering a couple of Direct attach copper cables that ended up being 1/2 the price but won't be quite as clean on the front of my network rack.

Bit the bullet and grabbed a Cloud Gateway Fiber (as well as a ubiquiti branded SFP cable).

Bit pricey, but I've got some temp work coming up to go towards it and I'll be putting my CGM up at a reasonable price once I've got everything up and working.

I'm a big fan of 10GTek modules. Typically very solid for a reasonable price. They also go on sale a lot.

You won't be disappointed. We've set up several of them for clients and they're excellent performers.
