Problem is the company wants a big formal public apology, which would be horrible for Apple's image.

There will be no more supply, it won't be gouging it will be "out of stock" and there will be millions of them just sitting in China doing nothing.

I dont hate apple, but i dislike their current situation and suing every single manufacturer in the smartphone game. I hate patent trolls.

They need to be taken 10 levels down from where they are.

People don't understand that if you don't enforce your copyright and/or patents then you lose it..

so they went out and patent some stuff and bought others.. then starting enforcing them.. so what?

a lot of people fail to mention that samsung went into an OPEN STANDARD forum.. contributed some tech that was patented but not disclosed.. then when it became THE standard.. they turn around to sue..
