    I contacted with this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPmH5tEc524 ...he tested the game and he told me that his frametimes are alright and he is having a smooth gameplay using over 3.7-3.8 of Vram usage on High-Ultra settings on Gta v ...so...? I think its fine yea...no microstutter...
