I understand as well these company's have to make money as well and survive but it amazes just how insane things have become,I refuse to pay 37 bucks for a fan unless it's going to come with a 100 year warranty,I have yet to burn out a fan on a pc or have one go bad in anyway.
I can also...
What I find truly sad is that these Noctua fans are 37 bucks a pop and I don't care how good they work they aren't worth that much.
I honestly hope that Thermalright keeps making the great product's that they are making now and keep their price's inline because there was a day when I wouldn't...
It's been along time since I have had to buy fans and I just ordered a Thermalright Siler Soul that use's 1 120x120x25 fan and I'm going to be cooling an i7 6800K not overclocked.
I was wanting to be prepared to get 2 new fans to the single fan that comes with the Silver Soul incase it doesn't...
My friend came to me back in the day about 10 years ago and back then with Norton for sure they plain and simply would not give you their uninstaller if your subscription to the AV had expired, back then it was clearly a cash grab that if you were going to leave them and your subscription had...
I think it's insane that never mind back in the day but even today if that BS is still allowed to go on and letting a company hold you hostage or have to choose to reformat your pc to get rid of their crap is crazy.
I just run the built in MS AV and Adguard and but I still know people who just...
I seen this software and right away it brought me back to when you had to pay for an antivirus and remembered when my friend ran Norton and he decided he was going to use another antivirus and forgot to uninstall it before his subscription ended.
He then tried to uninstall it after his...
That's what I was wondering and just thought it looked interesting however,I can't see it going very far other then maybe if they made it so you could make calls and video chat through the nodes.
My friend in the state's is starting to use meshtastic which is a way to send text message's for free, from what I gather you don't use your cellphones built in texting app you use an app on your phone.
How it works is people get nodes and they act like repeaters and if your in range you can...
I think I'm going to go with the Thermaltake Versa H21 tower because I want to be able to have a dvd drive and also add a front panel as well and for the cooler I'm going to go with the Thermalright Frost Tower 120.
I used to really like Noctua's stuff but I think that there are other brands...
@Cannon Fodder I was going to message you today to let you know that it did arrive and I tested it with a liquid cooler that I have,I would rather stay away from liquid cooling if possible that way I don't have to worry about the rad ever rotting out or anything leaking.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a air cooler that will keep an i7 6800K cool,I was hoping to use something other then a Noctua NH-15D as I'd rather not have to have a full tower to house it.
I won't be overclocking either just letting it run in turbo boost.
Does anyone else make a cooler...
No not bothering me at all and like said earlier I have a jumper wire that use's the same pin's so I can use that,I just wasn't sure at first if everything needed to be connected or just the power button pin's as I have never tested a mobo outside the case.
