I was speaking strictly from volume of RMA cases we had to deal with. XSPC had the highest, therefore they are at the last place in our books.

It would be some difference if rads would not be made at the same place and later presented as if they were made by ... It is almost the same as with Laing pumps, 3 factories making them all for everybody including our awesome DarkSide radiators.

5.25" bay temp readout + flow meter?

I use this one: https://www.dazmode.com/store/product/flow-meter-adapter-with-display/ Also Aqauero controller can do it all, but it cost a lot too.

    3/8 5/8 fitting/tubing problems

It was issue with bad size conversion. Most manufacturers moved to slightly smaller tube 15.9mm x 12.9mm a while ago.

True, but I have yet to see flex tube that stays clear long term, therefore surge of interest in hard acrylic tubing.

Procyon II - Liquid Cooling Complete

I did D5 speed test a while ago. Was getting about 1 degree difference per each setting as long as flow rate was over 1L/min, below that temps were skyroketing.

    Very noisy D5

I bet pump full of air. edit: Also, yes bay reservoirs are noisy. That is trade of for convenience of having it in front.

Finally Taking the "Plunge" Into Liquid

Believe me it is better have couple fittings lying around, than figure out in the middle of work that you need one you do not have, so you need to put everything on hold. Backplates absolutely optional. For looks and sometimes improves cooling (model depending).

What happened to all the GTX 780/Titan waterblocks/back plates?

I terms of blocks, Ti blocks models cover all 3 cards. Previous revisions were discontinued to minimaze mistakes between keyboard and computer. Backplates had production issue but it was fixed, so you will see them everywhere shortly.

Finally Taking the "Plunge" Into Liquid

Not going to happened. 6 fans at 50% will be pretty much the same as 3 at 53%.

I always recommend air out. Why take heat from your components and dump it back on your components? Probably better ditch front rad and supply fresh air from the front intake fans.
