    10mm thk fan = clog 20 mm thk fan = no clog. been using the 20 mm on my direct drive upgrade with no issues, same too on my previous bowden setup.

    Bed travels along 2 shafts, single motor drives a threaded rod. Same design as the XYZ printer i first had. see his 3rd pic.

    Looks good. Only recommendation would be to add a radius whenever there is a 90* angle, ex. between the base and the walls. Makes the part that much stronger.
