    rogers cap sucks, but its very fast, and at least a $25 cap. figure im paying 25 bucks more a month for unlimited bandwidth and TRUE 10mbit line. not "up to" 10mbit. i get 1.2-1.25ish MB/sec download on newsgroups. ive done many a months in hundreds of GB and never got a call or anything.
