Which ATI card would you buy?
If you are an overclocker then go for the 5850. If you want excellent out of the box performance then get the 5870 for $78 more. If you want to heat your place for the summer then wait for the Fermi :biggrin:- Dadi_oh

Well I had it at $130 for about 2 weeks on here and there was zero interest. Had offers of $100 including shipping but finally someone offered $100 plus shipping. Maybe my timing was just bad :blarg:- Dadi_oh

Should I buy the ATI 5850 or 2x 4850s in Crossfire mode?
If power consumption and heat matter to you then the single 5850 is a much better choice than crossfired 4850's.- Dadi_oh

Want to Sell ATI 4870 512MB
The card has no issues and 512MB is tons if you are gaming at 1680X1050 as I was. It is not until you get into the stratospheric resolutions that you can notice the reduced frame buffer. 1GB versions are more about "feel good" than actual performance at the resolutions that most of us play at.- Dadi_oh
