    Here's another hat thrown in for MSE. One small thing I don't like about it though is no simple way of turning it off without it getting bitchy. That being said, I've never had to turn it off because of performance issues which I used to do for Avast so it's kinda a non-issue.

    I'll second the RAM being the problem. I seem to remember FEAR not playing nicely with ATI back in the day unless you had a goodly amount of ram.

    Before going through all that. Pull the motherboard from the case and make sure it boots outside. I just went through the same problem and it was a standoff used to attach the motherboard to the case was touching the motherboard in one small spot and causing a short. Good luck!

    Here's a video showing how to do it in Win7: YouTube - Share files between PS3 and Windows 7 I think if you have any other version of Windows you have to install a third party media server on the PC side. Not sure though as I had the Win7 ease of use.

    I can really recommend Braid, Osmos and Machinarium. Three great games that are all totally unique! Except for Machinarium, it's just a point and click but I still got 6 hours of playtime out of it's puzzles. So there!
