    I heard those Yate Loons are good and quiet for the low price, but if you got money to blow get some Noctua fans as people said earlier. It definitely made a difference in my friend's antec 900 case when he bought a bunch of Noctua fans.

    Personally if im gonna be away for the computer just for a bit but have applications running, I tend to put it in sleep mode and then come back to resume what I'm doing right away. Otherwise I think you should turn it off every night anyways. You're running an SSD, should be quick to boot up...

    How do you actually take notes on this thing if you have a keyboard for it? Is there some sort of stand to make it stand up for you to be able to do so? (I'd imagine there should be..or else it'd be pretty hard to take notes when it is flat down on the table). I just cant see it really replacing...

    If you can afford it, you should definitely go for asus / toshiba / lenovo (although lenovo dont really have gaming laptops). Asus has some great gaming laptops out there for sale, and the quality of Asus is up there. Dont ignore other brands completely, sometimes you'll be lucky to get them on...
