still the 'rumors' take with salt warning...but:

RYZEN 9 3900XT - 4.1GHz base, 4.8GHz boost.
RYZEN 7 3800XT - 4.2GHz base, 4.7GHz boost.
RYZEN 5 3600XT - 4.0GHz base, 4.7GHz boost.

or...

RYZEN 9 3900XT - +300MHz base, +200MHz boost.
RYZEN 7 3800XT - +300MHz base, +200MHz boost.
RYZEN 5 3600XT - +200MHz base, +300MHz boost.

Pricing will be interesting. The 3600 is already a darn good "everyman" chip, the XT would just take it to a whole new level (beat the stock 3700 in games and maybe even the 3900)

I do question the whole point though with Zen 3 just around the corner.

Unless they can match them I can't see the point. A 3900 is like 20% behind a stock 10900K in some titles. Even if, by some miracle, they get 15% of that back intel is still better for gaming. And if they can match them, then what's the point in Zen3 being 10-15% faster (and it looks like the clocks aren't changing at least on the EEs). A 3800XT > 4800X at that point.

Interesting, but pricing will be everything. If we end up with 3600<3600X<3600XT, I will be curious how the $ will play out below the 3700X price point.

I would love if the XT takes the X price point and the others slide down a few $.

Maybe it's delayed with all this COVID stuff? Easier to get out more "refined" chips than to start up a new process.
hopefully that isn’t true, but is certainly a real possibility. shipping dec 15th is still 2020 🙈

A 3800XT @ a base of 4.2Ghz would be beyond the all-core clock I have on the 2700X and still have measurable headroom left.

Edit: I had it as high as 4.2 on all cores but instability in some games which may not have actually been related to the CPU.
