A sad day for my GTX 560

Today I found my GTX 560 nonfunctional.

I have no idea what could have caused it to not work anymore but I am truly saddened.

That card has been good to me even in the short time I have used it.

I did think about RMA so I checked the serial number and the warranty is gone.

Being unemployed makes getting new computer hardware quite hard.

If anyone has something for sale or would like to give away a spare card that would be well appreciated.

Sorry,i would have sent you a 640 i don't use anymore but i gave it just for the same reason to a friend who had the same problem :sad:

give it a proper burial by removing plastic shroud and heat sink

place in a pre-heated oven @ 375 (GPU bottom side) on a roasting pan

turn off oven @ 1 mins leaving it to cool

you got nothing to loose
