It's similar to the oven trick for Nvidia cards ... I've resurrected a 9800GX2 myself. Set your oven to 385°F and bake the PCB for ~8 min, that should be enough to reflow the solder without causing any components to fall off (again, worked for the GX2). Just make sure that you suspend the PCB above the cookie sheet using tin foil balls, and of course try to remove all plastic before baking. But of course, YMMV.
A re-flow oven is quite similar to the oven's Quizno's uses to toast their subs ... got a Quizno's nearby? J/K.
