Does anyone know where to find the dimensions specifications for the sizing and spacing of holes cut into the case for expansion cards, along with their relative position to the io shield area? I have looked around and found www.formfactors.org, which seems to have literally everything but this.

I am looking to start designing a Desk/Computer case and this would really help me figure out the design work I need to do. I have found a few google images floating around that have dimensions, but each one I find has different values so I worry about how accurate they are.

I had turned up that too, but I was more looking for the specs on the case cutouts and the placement of the retention screw and such (these), but couldn't seem to find any.
 
This, then? The pdf shows the hole locations in the slot dividers. Don't know if it's to scale though.

That is what I am looking for, and I had found that too, but I question whether the measurements are accurate.

Which lists things slightly differently. I was hoping somewhere there was a set official standard and spec I could go by.
 
for eatx and such is the IO area(where the usb, Ethernet and the like) sized the same as standard or are they longer as well?
I would like to make a custom case and would be far easier to make a mold if you will to allow multiple sizes if need be from that one piece if at all possible. I know if the cuts aren't more or less exact it looks like crap. One can buy these pre-cut out but the few I did buy from various companies were crud :(

IO area is the same size. Only difference is it has more expansion slots.
