Bios Flash, Please Help !!

so i did the whole floppy disk dl for the last bios update for my 680i mobo, and now i'm staring at the "flash utility" screen and it's asking me which file name to program ? all the while flashing me a "Please Wait!" message.:shok:
never done this before, need some help here folks:sad:

yeah, i saw that also. waited 1 hour watching the "please wait!" message, couldn't type anything in either. so i crossed my fingers and held my breath and hit the power button. nothing seems to have happened. good or bad. i guess i wasn't meant to update my bios today. thnx just the same.

evga has a bootable cd for updating the bios just use that.
