Computer Reboots without any warning and the gpu blinks as it happens.

I would start with the bare minimum hardware test. Disconnect all drives, leave one stick of RAM in there, re-sit the CPU with new thermal paste and then test your RAM one stick at a time at the correct setting. If all your RAM pass the test, I would then check for BIOS update. Assuming you are not running other freeware off the Internet, it may rule out virus. The computer could be trying to access the same memory spot or hard drive spot and ran into an error. If memory test pass and you got a new BIOS and re-test again, I would backup data and then test the drive.
i did a bios update today, and checked the RAM. The RAM no error or faulty RAM. After the bios update it seems to be running fine

Sounds like a RAM issue to me, could simply be timings/voltage, or could actually be defective. Do you know if XMP/EXPO is enabled in your BIOS?

If you aren't comfortable repairing your own PC though, you could take it back to Microcenter and ask them to specifically test the RAM and check the BIOS settings.

Listing out your system specs would also be helpful.
My specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950x
Motherboard: ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vegence RGB Pro 32GB
GPU: Nvida RTX 4080
PSU: 850W EVGA Gold
