I stumbled across this app in Steam and am absolutely loving it;

Basically allows your gamepad to serve as a Mouse (and virtual keyboard) in windows, and automatically switches back to gamepad mode on opening a game. You can integrate multi-key shortcuts for windows commands, etc.
I realize most of you probably prefer KB+M, but I'm a gamepad man outside of the occasional FPS or Strategy game, and this little app has saved me so much hassle over dealing with Xpadder, JoytoKey, etc. Using both on the tower PC and my HTPC.
Just thought I'd share in case any of you are sick of having to use a KB+M for some things, and a gamepad when you want to use it for games that just don't KB+M well (fighting games in particular for me).
