The Granny Smith has always been the most interesting Apple product to me, although recently I read a review for the Mutsu, and even scored a trial version of one. So since you're asking me right now, I gotta say that the Mutsu is the most interesting Apple product to me at the moment. Apparently, the Mutsu is sold under a different brand name in other jurisdictions - the Crispin - which makes it hard to track down accurate specifications for the version available in Canada.
