Is time for me to do a small upgrade, but do not know what to choose. My budget is around 250-300.I have several options:
1) 2 x HD5770
2) 1 x HD5830
If you guys have other options speak out.

I say get the 5830 on the NCIX extreme deal of the day, it comes out being REALLY cheap.
His choices didn't include a 5850, but...if you can afford it or need it's power. Waiting on a sale would be desirable, though.

I think i will go for a HD5830. From what i read on some reviews the difference between HD5830 and HD5850 is not that big.

I would say go with the HD5850 out of any of your options and your price range

HD5850 is better, but for the price, that HD5830 deal is hard to pass up.

This.

Another idea would be to get 2 5830's, because this price is really great for them, and just crossfire them. Won't be all that much more expensive than 2 5770's, but it will provide much more power. Or get one if you don't need that power. Or just wait for a 5850 to go on a little sale, I love the 5850.

the problem is that the 5830 is like 5% faster then a 5770...so if OP wanted 2X 5770 he will be sad with a single 5830...so just get a 5850 and don't waste more time.
