discussion Dell Inspiron 1545 - worth how much?

Hi I just bought a new laptop and want to sell my old one.

I've had my Dell Inspiron 1545 for 13 months and I'm wondering how much it is worth. It's in near perfect condition only with minor scratches - runs like new (better, without all the useless preloaded software).

Specifications (Dell Inspiron 1545):
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (no disk)
Intel Pentium Dual T3400 @ 2.16GHz
4GB RAM
250GB HDD @ 5400RPM
Intel 4500MHD Graphics
15.6" LCD @ 1366x768

I don't think so. You can get decent laptops with warranty at BB or FS for a decent <$500 price.

If that's the case then I'm probably best keeping it because it is a good laptop (I put an SSD in it and it's blazing fast). I guess I could keep it as a spare laptop if ever anything goes wrong with my new one.

I only bought a new one because I wanted to start gaming and I found the HP DV6-3070CA for just below $1000 including taxes, air shipping, and zero dead pixel coverage.

edit: It definitely isn't worth selling for less than $400. I'll wait to see if anyone else has any input, but maybe I'll put it on Ebay for starting bid $400 and see what happens.

do that. i think they have free insertion fees for auction style till sept. just dont take paypal, go for cold hard cash or the like. giving its working fine and youre a good seller
