The picture showed a 120 or 140 rad, on a 10900... hmm and the air cooler, not sure what that was. Slap a 120 on a 9900k and tell me it will not run hot. Slap one on a 3900 and tell me it will not run hot. Rumors, sure, but not one person buying top end CPUs is going to gimp them without proper cooling.

did you read the article? They're 170w to 225w parts.

you're right, I think...P0 is stock, then P1 and P2 are single core and two core turbo boosts, right?

From what I understand yes P0 = Base clock. They also have their velocity turbo which is 2 core up to 5.3 , so not sure where that fits in lol. I am sure there is a 200 page paper somewhere that explains it

There is actually no P0. P1 should be TDP but I guess they are blowing that away.
