To those who PMed, I think I'm going to stick with a low profile, low heat dissipating GPUs such as GT220,GT240. Thanks for the offers though!

Yeah, I looked at that deal and I believe NCIX has it 2 dollars cheaper. I heard XFX are cheapskates on rebates. I held off buying it as I don't have any experience with XFX rebates plus the hassle of printing stuff off, enveloping it, buying a US stamp, and mailing it.
 
Well I was looking for a 5450 or something with HDMI to put into a HTPC and bought this instead. Can't beat a lifetime warranty anyway. We will see how the XFX rebate works out, if it does, $32 for a 240 can't be beat.

Yeah, I'm tempted to buy this XFX GT 240. If the rebate works out this is a sweet deal.

those are decent in wattage consumption, but dont put out much in terms of ppd/slot taken
