GTX 480: To SLI Or Not To SLI, That Is The Question?

Does the Cooler Master Cosmos 1000 have good airflow? I have the case fans plugged into a Sunbeamtech rhoebus which are turn to max? I have 4x 120mm fans (Cooler Master TLF-S12-EB) in this case (I do not have the HDD optional fan since I have no room for it) with the bottom fan blowing into the case and the top two and rear fans blowing out. Would having a couple of Antec Spotcool's directed at the GTX 480's help?
