Does anyone know where i might be able to find M4 Hand tapping tools?

In the US, try McMaster Carr. Offhand, I don't know of anyone in Canada now that the neighborhood hardware store has gone extinct. Might try a local Home Hardware Store. Some of them may order for you if they don't carry it in stock. Had one local store that would do that, til someone else bought them.

Long time since I've ordered anything from McMaster Carr, but they used to cover the brokerage and duty coming into Canada.

Without checking if they actually carry them, the bolt supply house used to have a fairly good selection.

They usually have stores in all major urban centers. If they don't have one in stock, they can certainly order the part and have it in a few days.
