Melting 12V-2x6 connector saga continues to a 9070 XT

So another hardware media company has a melted connector. They are using the native cable and not a PCI-E adapter cable with a NZXT C1500 PSU. Melted on both ends and the card has one pin that would be hotter than the other. PCMaster deem the card unsafe and trying to see if they can warranty the card.

Ill never, ever buy any card with this new connector. It was dumb when it came out, and I was very vocal about that. Nothing has changed except new ways to waste money solving the problems this stupid connector makes.

If only AMD cares enough to not require it, then I'll keep on buying AMD cards.

AMD R9700 and MI350P are both 12v-2x6 and I believe all Arc B70 Pro are as well. It's not just a Nvidia thing now which is kind of scary. How do they address this kind of plug in a server environment?
