Just really pissed and it was the first and last time I will order from them. Decent service. Ordered the Prime from them on Monday since they had it and all other online retailers were sold out (ONLY IF I WOULD HAVE WAITED 1 MORE DAY!!!!). They shipped via UPS and you get 2 options for shipping - FREE and $30 express! REALLY!

So I think, from BC to Northern Ontario cant take more than a few days. Well, the ETA was a week, and other than DAY1 shipment update it has supposedly not moved.

If you are reading this MemoryExpress, you need to give more options for shipping other than shitty UPS(Purocrap!) as I can order from other companies like NCIX and have it at my door in 2-3 days MAX!

The worst thing about Purocrap in my area is most time they dont even knock! There have been times when both me and my wife are at home and then we step outside and notice the delivery attempt notice. Then I have to go the OTHER purolator office in the other end of town. What a POS delivery service!

Purolator is an excellent service....way better than UPS in every way.

HOWEVER there will always be horrible drivers....no matter the delivery company. If you have a complaint with Purolator then you REALLY need to complain to THEM.

If you do nothing.....then nothing will be done to fix it.
 
NCIX fast? You must be joking! There is almost noone left inside Canada that actually ships fast. Only good service I have received from ANY e-tailer selling in Canada lately has been Newegg.ca and Tigerdirect.ca. NCIX is s joke. Took them 4 days to get my order from the warehouse in Ontario to the store in Mississauga for pickup. I hate buying anything online lately.

I have to disagree with you b1lk1 as I have had the exact OPPOSITE.

I refuse to use Tigerdirect simply because they are incredibly SLOW. Any time I used to do an order there I got it a WEEK later. A WEEK!!! Outrageous!!!! They are only two hours away from me! There is no excuse for that shoddyness and I have complained many times to them. Oh and they use UPS....the crappiest courier there is.

However with NCIX I get it NEXT DAY. They use Purolator and no problems. If anything is late then I get it the very next day after.

Hmm...lets think this over.....NCIX and FAST shipping....2 days MAX. Or use Tigerdirect.ca and wait a week and a crappy courier.

As you can see our opinions are vastly opposite. ;)
 
Seriously, almost every complaint that is thrown at companies like NCIX/TIGER UPPERCUT/MemExpress/etc. are more likely to do with the courier than the company themselves. Fun fact: They don't just get to pick and choose who they ship with. A lot of them probably have to work out deals with these companies. Whichever company gave the best deal, they go with. Simple as that.

Simply put: You want to get your parts cheap? Then don't expect your shipping to be amazing either. If you can't afford to wait, find a retail store.

You must have got unlucky. Out of the 3 times I ordered from them here are my experiences.

Ordered friday afternoon- Received Monday morning
Ordered Saturday afternoon- Received Monday Morning
Ordered Monday morning- Received Wed Morning

NCIX IS DA BEST!

I will never order from Newegg again unless I absolutely cannot find whatever I want elsewhere. My one time ordering from them they charged me for express shipping and shipped it ground with purolator. Of course both newegg and purolator pointed the finger at eachother and neither would accept responsibility for ripping me off.
