Hence, the waiting for confirmations. But even then, I think If i reserve a space for 12 people we should be fine... Unless you wanna make the reservations Sky? I'd bow to your HwC Seniority naturally... hehe

How often do you guys do something like this ?

This should read as is there going to be another one this summer ?
 
Let's see how successful the first one is....but if it goes down well, I'd be more than happy to go to a few of these.
