How confident are you that it would safe if shipped to Ontario? I'm interested, but shipping a desktop across the continent seems risky :/

I have received a full itx pc before via shipping and it worked out ok. I think the two main pieces to worry about would be the heatsink and the video card. These could be removed prior to shipping.
