been thinking of going to 8gb of RAM, but i cant find the version i have in stock anywhere.

i would prefer to not mix and match, anyone seen anywhere where this is in stock?
 
With nothing more to go by then your description, I've found that both newegg.ca and NCIX.com have the memory below in stock:

Is this what you are looking for? Checking around, it seems most online retailers have this in stock, so I wonder if it's another part# you're looking for....
 
I've been tempted to pick a set of these up but can't decide if it's worth the upgrade. I'm running 2x2GB GSkill PC6400 at 5-5-5-15 timings with a Phenom 9850 at 2.8GHz. Will going up to PC8500 really gain much more headroom to OC over the PC6400?
