I'd go with the Corsair. The Antec is a decent PSU, but it's still definitely a budget unit and it's cut down quite a bit even from the Earthwatts line.

I ordered the Corsair 400W.
Price is pretty good... with MIR (if it works out) it'll be around $30.
Hopefully it will be enough power.
Only has to last until I'm able to upgrade my current rig... then I'll 'hand down' my gtx275 and TX650.

Pretty basic system.
e3110 (same as e8400), Asus P5E-VM HDMI, 2x1GB pc6400, ATI 4670HD, 1 HDD & 1 BD drive. Runs Rosseta@home 24/7.

Hoping to get a gts250 in a couple months, but may settle with a 9800gt or something.

Aw came late to this thread lol.
Great choice on the 400cx, I have one myself. I honestly don't really like the basiq 430w, I won one from the antec contest a while ago and some guy is buying it for $25 tomorrow afternoon. I don't see why Antec is so expensive, it's kinda like sony lol just a brand name nothing special. The 400cx beats it at everything:
-more connectors
-sleeved cables
-all black
-looks better
-cheaper
-it's corsair instead of antec
-it's smaller
-no ugly 80mm fan in back, just a big 120mm on top
-400cx is powering my gtx260
-it's not from antec
-it's made by corsair
-yea that's right, corsair > antec X100
-did I mention that it's made by corsair?
There you have it, my nice list of why 400cx completely tramples over the basiq 430, backs up over it, and runs it over again
