In my opinion its already looking promising, they'd have to really screw something up to destroy the foundation they currently have. The only real risk is it getting too complex for a lot of people but its not there yet.

But also, HORNETS FOR EVERYONE! For a week from Friday anyways.

The Hornet trainer is in hangar for a week so everyone can try it out. Personally I think that it's the best ship in AC. And one of the reason why I got a super hornet.. haha
 
Yes Implosion222 got it, though it won't show up in your hangar, just in the menu for Arena Commander. You get access to it for a week.

They've started making a habbit of these and I hope they continue, every other week or so would be perfect I think.

You're right.. the hornet trainer comes in default when you own a bigger ship like the Freelancer or the Constellation. I'm looking forward to A.C 1.0 , according to the interview yesterday there should be around 16 flyable ships including the Cutlass black.

Awwww....but I own a Cutlass Blue. I want that to be flyable. I checked last week and I couldn't even get into my ship. All I could do was walk around it in the hanger and stare at it. :sad:
 
I'm really looking forward to 1.0 for that reason, so many new ships, the Mustang, Avenger, Cutlass all being added, not to mention all the variants. They've been a little coy about the Super Hornet but hopefully that is being included as well. Just adding in these new ships is going to change the game drastically but they are only the tip of the iceberg. 1.0 is going to be a beautiful thing.

And Hornets all live if you didn't have one.
 
You can now join the PTU ( Private Testing Universe) if you apply on the forums. The PTU has lots of bugs but you can fly the cutlass black and Avenger! I expect a full release of 1.0 in early January.

I was In PTU fore a bit that was fun ( Persistent Test Universe ).
